Included in your in-person registration will be lodging, all meals, a camp t-shirt, and 2 class kits for 2 classes being taught at camp.
When: October 8-11, 2026 or October 8-12, 2026.
Price: $600 or $700
Where: Methodist Canyon Camp 31600 Camp Rd, Hinton, OK 73047
Lodging will be provided in the Hardt Lodge which has hotel style rooms. There will be 2 campers per room with a private bathroom. If you have a roommate request please let us know on the form when registering. Please complete the camp form in its entirety. We want your input on our classes and collection.
Hinton, Oklahoma is located 53 miles (1 hour) from OKC Will Rodgers Airport. Check-in will be at 4pm on Thursday, October 8, 2026 with dinner being served at 5:30pm. Check-out will be 11:00am, Sunday, October 11 or Monday, October 12, 2026 depending on your Tier choice.
Canyon Camp has so many fun activities such as hiking, cornhole, disc golf, tether ball, ping pong and fishing (equipment not provided) and so much more! Also, in true camp fashion, we will have a campfire with s’mores!
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFO:
We are having to reconfigure our payment plans due to increased last-minute cancellations with unpaid balances. As always, if you need to cancel, we will offer you a full refund, once we are sold out, (minus processing fees of 3%) IF we can find a replacement for your spot. Payments must be completed by July 1, 2026 as we have to purchase and package kits for classes and t-shirts. If your payments aren’t complete, by this date, we will have to cancel your registration with no refund available. You can register today for $100 and make payments at your convenience up until July 1, 2026. If you want to use the payment plan, please use the appropriate code for your tier choice. Use CANYON at check out for the 3-night option. Use CANYONPLUS for the 4-night stay. The coupon does not give you a camp discount, this is allowing you to use the payment plan for this event. By registering, you are acknowledging you’ve read and adhere to this payment plan policy.
