This Adventure includes:
6 nights accommodations in a single occupancy room at the Solaria Ginza Hotel located in the heart of Tokyo's high-end Ginza shopping district.

This adventure DOES NOT include airfare or airport transfers. The Solaria Ginza hotel is easily accessible by public transportation, taxi or uber. Details on the best routing will be sent to participants.
We are offering customizable payment options for this adventure. For example, you can pay the non-refundable deposit of $495 upon registration then make 5-monthly installments of $500 each in August 2025, October 2025, December 2025, February 2026, March 2026. We can work out a plan to meet your needs. To pay the deposit and use the payment plan you must use coupon code: CONFIDENT at checkout. Using this coupon code is NOT a discount. This adventure will include LOTS of walking and stair climbing in subway stations. We encourage you to break out the pedometer and start training for this adventure in advance! :) Our minimum daily step count will be 18,000. We want to make sure everyone has a wonderful experience. If you feel you might hold up the group or can’t handle a lot of stairs you are welcome to Uber or Taxi to various locations at your own expense.
Registration & Payment Disclaimer: Crafty Destinations is run by a crafty girl on a budget like many of you. Many other events require you to make full registration payments upfront. I want to be flexible in all of my events to allow you to reserve your spot without breaking the bank. By doing this, I have to implement a very strict "No Refund" policy. Once spots are reserved, plans are made for meals, rooms, etc. This is a rare event planning business that will allow you to make payments and transfer your registration to someone else. If you've paid for your spot and need to transfer, the new participant can pay you the fees and we will put their name on your registration. Lots of work for me but easy peasy for you! Please understand, I cannot offer refunds. By registering you are acknowledging agreement with this policy.
